Oddlabs has released a very early beta version of the sequel to Tribal Trouble. Initially, there are very few gameplay changes from the original, but this will change in the coming months.

The judges of the Independent Games Festival 2006 competition have picked Tribal Trouble as one of the five finalists in the Technical Excellence category. This means that Tribal Trouble will be demonstrated on the IGF Pavilion at Game Developers Conference 2006 in San Jose next March, where awards will be handed out.

The last part of Tribal Trouble's single player campaign has now been released along with a new terrain type (the Vikings' northern islands) available in normal single- and multiplayer games also.
The new features come as a free update - just download the latest installer or update the game via the Update entry in the main menu.
The first part of the new single player campaign for Tribal Trouble is now officially launched! To activate it, use Tribal Trouble's update feature, or download a new installer.
To make the single player part of Tribal Trouble more exciting, we are currently working on a campaign mode to supplement the skirmish mode.
