When I start a game in Safari, the popup box disappears?

This is a known problem in Safari. Until it's fixed, you need to go to another page (reloading the current page won't work) and then back again.

I just completed a mission, why haven't I received any points?

Try updating the webpage, live updating of points has not been implemented yet.
